Some corruption was found in Battambang, but it is not an only place; as I am also experience as a student, I can guess most of the exam rooms in Cambodia are in such situation, giving money to teacher...
I am always interesting with the education news especially related to the high school exam.
This year (2008), the exam start from 04-06 Aug. The result will publish on 29 Aug.
One is my wish, I do hope that there is no any corruption during the exam, I know it's hard to control and even students, they are afraid of failing, it's normal. But if the education system is strong enough, the rule (discipline) at school is valuable and practical well, students will be experience with it and they will try hard enough for their studies.
That's only way to strengthen first teachers, and especially the leader of education system...
