Communication & Negotiation at Work

The quote from AAA training center: 

"How can I communicate with my colleagues and managers more clearly? How can I get the information I need from other people? What can I do to resolve conflict in communication?  What techniques should I use to persuade other people to follow my suggestions?
How do I prepare to negotiate with someone? What steps should I follow to be successful in the negotiation process? How can I close the deal?"

These two kinds of courses are very important at any work place. I used to take those courses but remember that studying and practicing are quite different; When we face the issues, we may get real experiences so to solve it use studied methods and with clear intention to do it otherwise we never got successful.

Personally, Communication with people is quite different when the person has closed mind/heart but if we have intention to go to him/her; it will be Ok but at work place, intention is nothing - only duty to keep in mind; Team work is the key of successful but it must come with spirit of good and right communication. The main key is OPEN your heart - listen and accept your mistake or others' mistakes, sometimes you need to forget yourself for others - DO IT TODAY - NO WAIT.

Negotiation, happens when we face some situation to discuss with your boss or your clients- always polite, respect and understandable to the situation, use the right communication, right negotiation to discuss, give reasons and show that your expectation / thought is right in term of both advantage. Sometimes another side of the negotiation doesn't give you value but from our part always give value to ourselves and to the people in front of you. DO NOT AFRAID.
